Mini Pecan Tarts

Ingredients

for cups
1 cupflour
3 ozcream cheese
0.5 cupmagarine
0.125 tspsalt
for filling
1.75 cupbrown sugar
2 tspmargarine (melted)
2 eggs
0.125 tspsalt
1 tspvanilla
0.5 cupcrushed pecan (plus extra for sprinkling)

Steps

1) Mix flour, 6 oz cream cheese, margarine, and salt well and form into balls
2) Press into mini tart pans to form cups
3) Grind nuts and fill bottom of each cup
4) Beat the eggs slightly and add the sugar, butter, salt, and vanilla
5) Pipe filling into cups
6) Sprinkle pecans over cups
7) Bake at 350-375 for 15 minutes
